Beneath the grids, you’ll find Napoleon’s dual level 304 stainless steel sear plates. These provide plenty of coverage for dispersing the heat coming from the burners beneath. The tent shape of the sear plates forces grease to roll off quickly - preventing runaway flare ups. The dual level design of the plates gives additional protection and surface area for drippings to vaporize off, even between each burner. Each sear plate has a window, making it easy to see what burners are ignited, from above the grid surface. Under the sear plates you will find Napoleon’s 304 stainless steel tube burners. They’re each lit by push and turn reliable JETFIRE™ ignition system, for a quick and reliable start. The JETFIRE™ ignition system lights burners quickly with a jet of flame. Precise temperature control and the ACCU-PROBE™ temperature gauge ensure that you're searing, smoking, roasting, rotisserizing, and baking with ease.  Enjoy ambiance and safety, the NIGHTLIGHT™ control knobs glow a glorious blue changing to red when burners are in use.
