Returns, Warranties and Cancellations

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days , from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. The costs generated by the return of the product will be borne by the buyer (Art. 101.1 RDLg 1/2007).
You only have to send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use.

It is very important that you return the exchange or return product(s) perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept the return. In the case of returning barbecues or furniture/pieces that require assembly, these must be returned in their original packaging, without having been manipulated, without having been assembled, without having opened any of the bags containing the parts, and they must be returned in perfect condition, without having been used and in their original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use. The return of DVDs or Books will also not be accepted if they lack the original seal, and of clothing if it has been used.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse and verify that all the above conditions are met, GIROSUD 2014 SL will manage the return of the product and, if applicable, will generate a refund of the value of the returned merchandise through a refund using the payment method used.

Returns

Any package you wish to return will need to be sent via a transport company.
We advise you to protect your item(s) as you will be responsible for any damage they may suffer during travel.
If the return is made within the warranty period and is related to the warranty, the user must send the package to the After-Sales Service of GIROSUD 2014 SL, clearly indicating the reason. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The return must be made to our store address:

In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by GIROSUD 2014 SL during the first month after sale.
