Prepare a crispy chicken or a delicious pizza with this rotisserie and pizza oven specially designed for Barbecue Napoleon TravelQ. This accessory expands the cooking space under the lid of the barbecue and creates optimal conditions for a perfect distribution of heat within the cooking space. The stainless steel skewer can easily hold and turn food up to 5,5kg. It is particularly important to mantain a high temperature in the oven when baking pizza. To avoid having to open the lid when placing the pizza, the cooking space extension ring has a practical insert with 2 handles that can be removed. The insert prevents heat escaping when the pizza is removed or placed in the oven. This accessory is not the ideal solution only for baking pizzas, but also for baking bread, cakes, pastries, foccacia and baguettes.
