The Prestige Pro 825 Stainless Steel Napoleon Barbecue is a massive grilling machine combining nearly everything you could possibly want out of a gas grill with a stylish design and complete stainless steel construction.

This barbecue consists of two independent grilling zones with their own double-layer lid and ACCU-PROBE ™ thermometer that accurately indicates the interior temperature of each grill zone.

The main cooking area measures 46 x 72 cm and features Napoleon’s Iconic WAVE™ cooking grids. The extra thick 9.5mm iconic WAVE™ shape of the grids provides even heat transfer and prevents smaller food from falling into the grill. Beneath the grids, you’ll find Napoleon’s dual level 304 stainless steel sear plates. These provide plenty of coverage for dispersing the heat coming from the burners beneath. The tent shape of the sear plates forces grease to roll off quickly - preventing runaway flare ups. The dual level design of the plates gives additional protection and surface area for drippings to vaporize off, even between each burner. Each sear plate has a window, making it easy to see what burners are ignited, from above the grid surface. Under the sear plates of the Napoleon Prestige Pro 825 Inox, you will find four Napoleon’s 304 stainless steel tube burners. Each of the four traditional gas burners is rated at a powerful 12,000 BTU and allows a wide temperature range. They’re each lit by push and turn reliable JETFIRE™ ignition system, for a quick and reliable start. This main grilling zone also features an integrated smoker tray. Use this integrated smoker tray and dedicated burner to add smoke to all of your favorite grilled dishes. The Prestige Pro 825 Inox also has an 18,000 BTU stainless steel rear infrared burner designed with a heavy-duty rotisserie kit in mind (sold separately) which spans the entire length of the grill and is perfect for any type of rotisserie cooking. The warming rack allows additional cooking space. The second grilling zone measures 46 x 47 cm and features the same thick stainless steel grates but instead of the tubular burners it has two ceramic infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ burners that reach high heat in seconds, ideal for searing restaurant quality steaks. These infrared burners can be preheated up to 1800 F in just about 30 seconds. 8,000 BTU warming burner is mounted between these two infrared burners. Both grilling zones feature interior halogen lighting spotlighting your food and allowing late-night grill sessions while the NIGHT LIGHT™ control knobs enhance the appearance of the grill. Both grilling zones also feature independent drip trays to catch any grease or drippings. Instead of a traditional side burner the Napoleon Prestige Pro 825 Inox features a powerful 20,000 BTU power burner with the two-stage cast iron grate that can be used for both wok cooking or for heating extra large pots of water in a very short time. The left shelf of this Prestige Pro 825 Inox model has a convenient built in cutting board, so prep space is always close at hand. A removable ice bucket sits beneath the cutting board, so you can either toss debris in to keep your workspace clean, or load it up with ice cold beer. The flip up lid on this shelf even has a concealed grilling chart. This is a nice cheat sheet to have, so always have a reference close for ideal internal temperatures for what you cook. Both stainless steel side shelves feature storage space for condiments, an integrated kitchen towel bar and tool hooks to keep everything close at hand. The stainless steel doors and drawers of the cart  provide plenty of storage space and are all soft closing within a pull-out propane tank tray. This model even has integrated cabinet lighting for a clear view of everything you’ve stored. All light control knobs and the rotisserie kit (not included) are powered by the built-in power bar. Not only is the barbecue easy to wheel around thanks to the EASY ROLL™ Locking Casters, it also features Napoleon’s LIFT EASE™ Roll Top Lid, which makes opening and closing the lid virtually effortless.

The LED Spectrum Night Light knobs of this grill can be set to any colour of your choosing. When set to green, the knobs will begin to cycle the whole spectrum.
It’s neat to be able to let them constantly roll through colours, or pause them when they hit the color you want them to stay on. You might even want to set them to your favourite team color for gameday. In all color modes, the knobs of the burners you turn on will glow red. This safety glow feature makes it easy to see what portions of the grill are on at night. The knobs can even be set to come on automatically when set to motion sensor mode.
