The cooking plate is extremely heat-resistant and prevents it from warping due to the heat of the fire. Another advantage is that it is easy to clean. Our cooking plate is also thicker than most cooking plates. This provides better heat conduction and prevents the plate from warping. During the manufacturing process, the cooking plate is stamped in such a way that the inner edge is lower than the outer edge. As a result, the oil runs inwards and not outwards from the plate.
